A Space to Volunteer

We are now official Wwoofer hosts and very excited to be part of this global community. We have welcomed people from Italy and the US and will soon host people from Germany and France.

Lots of jobs have been ticked off the to-do list due to the extra help but what I’ve found even more beneficial is the conversation. Meal times have been less about getting my 8 year old to eat and more about the state of our world, the therapeutic effects of some plants, the advantages of different diets from paleo to vegan to flexitarian, different parenting soLuton and more. Being remote and with young children means going ‘out’ is not a regular occurance. Hosting these volunteers has meant going ‘out’ is staying ‘in’.
