Location

Burmieston is only 10 miles north east from Perth, an hour from Edinburgh and just over an hour from Glasgow but you would think we were in the middle of nowhere. This is why we love it here - there is a great feeling of space to think and slow down. 

If you are using sat nav it will get you to Saddlebank Farm. Continue on for 3/4 mile and we are on the right, just after a small bridge that you will feel more than see. If you get to Moulin Farms or all the way to the Ford you have gone too far.

Couple of suggestions when driving here:

• Please use the passing places. The ground to either side of the road is VERY soft and/or has a large hidden ditch. We don't have a tractor to get you out!!
• Please drive slowly as other traffic (including tractors and cyclists) and wildlife will seem to come out from nowhere and often at speed
• Keep a look out for red squirrels, owls, deer, hares and woodpeckers
