There is a minimum stay of 3 nights and all week long bookings are discounted by 20%.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is more than 12 weeks before your arrival date the security deposit and any paid balance is returned in full.
If cancellation is less than 12 weeks but more than 6 weeks before your arrival date the security deposit is retained but any paid balance is returned in full.
If cancellation is within 6 weeks of your arrival date, 100% of money paid is retained. Therefore, we recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances is taken out.
